Superior Capital was founded in 2021, beginning with a three-unit apartment building in Cincinnati, Ohio. What started as a small investment evolved into a repeatable, disciplined approach to acquiring and repositioning underperforming real estate. As we built a track record and refined our operating systems, we transitioned into an asset manager, partnering with investors to deploy capital across value-add commercial opportunities.
Today, we manage investments with a focus on long-term value creation for our investors while improving the properties and communities we invest in by maintaining well run assets, supporting local businesses, and treating tenants as long term partners.
